Committee responsibilities include: strategic planning, oversight, attainment of short-term and long-term goals that achieve WIA objectives and performance outcomes, and compliance with all pertinent legislation and regulations and advising the Board on how these responsibilities impact the achievement of the Board's Strategic Plan.

• Role is to coordinate services and activities of the Region 4 Workforce Service Area's WorkOne System
• Develop and implement an integrated service delivery system with regional policies and processes in accordance with state and federal policy
• Monitor program performance to ensure the service delivery system incorporates products, protocols, and quality standards to meet the Region 4 WIB's strategic and operational goals, requiring action plans for improvement when necessary
• Evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and implement continuous improvement processes
