04.05.10 Commercial and industrial facilities throughout the state will be able to make energy efficiency upgrades through a new initiative. The Indiana Office of Energy Development is launching the Hoosier Energy Loan Program (H.E.L.P.), which will provide low interest loans from $50,000 to $500,000.
