Delphi Automotive Systems LLC is moving ahead with plans to add new equipment at its Kokomo plant, creating nearly 120 jobs. The Kokomo Tribune reports the company is seeking a five-year, $50 million property tax abatement. Delphi says it will also retain 72 jobs.
