Ivy Tech Community College has given its highest honor for a faculty member to an assistant professor in Kokomo. Frances Hardin is also chair of life and physical sciences at Ivy Tech. She was been named this year's recipient of the Glenn W. Sample Award for Excellence in Instruction.
