A Kokomo-based initiative is linking local out-of-work automotive industry engineers to new employment opportunities. Neupath says it currently has about 400 resumes from people throughout the state. President Rick Schoenian says many were involved in the development of first-to-market products including OnStar and satellite radio systems for vehicles.
