Morgan is 18 yrs. old, an ex-offender and a high school dropout. He was a student at the Excel Center where he obtained his High School Diploma. The Excel Center referred Morgan to the #iWork program, where he expressed an interest in working in the auto repair field.

When I returned back to Lafayette from being in the military I was working multiple jobs that paid from minimum wage to jobs that paid no more than $10.00/hour. I had to work multiple jobs to make ends meet for my family.
